What this website collects, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have. Last updated 30 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Caligo Dynamics Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation, is responsible for this website. For anything about your personal data, write to us through the contact box or at furkan@caligodynamics.com.
2. What we collect and why
When you use the contact box
We receive what you type: your name, email address, and, depending on who you are writing as, your organization, role, phone number, location or site details, deadline or portfolio link, and your message. We use it only to reply and to prepare the conversation you asked for, such as a demo, a pilot, a partnership, a press request or a job application. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
When you chat with the FireFly assistant
The assistant answers from a knowledge base built into the page. Your conversation stays in your browser for the current session and is not sent to us. If you ask the assistant to pass a question to our team, we receive your name, the email address or phone number you give, your message, your original question, the page you were on and the conversation so far.
Visit statistics, for everyone
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, where visits come from, the country, the type of device and how fast pages load. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
Heatmaps and session recordings, only with your consent
If you allow it, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and session replays. Text typed into our forms and the chat is masked and never recorded. Clarity sets cookies. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie Settings.
Server logs
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. Who helps us
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the website, stores contact box and assistant messages, and notifies us by email when one arrives.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides the cookieless visit statistics and, once our domain is served through Cloudflare, content delivery and security.
- Microsoft Corporation provides Clarity heatmaps and session recordings, only if you consent.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
- Messages and assistant hand-offs: as long as we need to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
- Visit statistics: Cloudflare keeps aggregated statistics for about six months.
- Heatmaps and recordings: kept by Microsoft Clarity under its retention rules, currently 30 days for recordings and up to 13 months for heatmaps.
6. Your choices
Use at any time to allow or refuse heatmaps. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not ask. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information. We reply to requests within 30 days.
8. Children, security and changes
This website is not meant for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and we collect only what we need. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
